Marvin is a process governance and operations leader with 25+ years of experience across mobility, technology, insurance, pharmaceutical, and IT service environments. The pattern across every role has been the same: enter the domain, understand it completely, build what needs building, deliver the result.
At Lynk & Co he built and governed process architecture across seven European markets from scratch, no blueprint, no predecessor, no prior domain knowledge in several areas. At Fujitsu/Astellas he governed IT service delivery in a GxP-regulated environment across EU and South African markets. At Apple he directed process optimisation at the EU Operations Centre for over three years.
Currently building MarvinPro, a live operational framework and ecosystem spanning Leadership, Process, Proof, Knowledge, and Stories. Independent research connecting operational leadership practice to doctoral framework development, applied directly to current governance and process work.
As a graphic designer in the 90s, he was an Apple fan early. When starting at Apple he called himself iMarvin for fun. Colleagues changed that to Pro. It stuck.
Built insurance operations across seven European markets from scratch with no prior insurance background, cleared backlog per market within two months of launch. Governed IT service delivery across EU and South African markets in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Directed process optimisation at Apple's EU Operations Centre across three years.
Assumed full CX ownership across all markets and products for one year alongside the core role, maintaining service standards and continuity without additional headcount.
€30M annual savings. €20M+ cost efficiency. €10M combined savings from a single process redesign. Several hundred thousand euros recovered through a self-initiated process built over seven months without direction.
Process governance, community leadership, framework design, and transformation delivery across industries, geographies, and domains.
Marvin's operational signature is governance without bureaucracy: frameworks that enable people rather than constrain them. He builds process communities, not just process documents. Standards that get adopted, not just published.
At Lynk & Co he defined L1 to L5 process documentation across all service domains, built KPI frameworks and control models used in senior leadership reviews, and drove cross-functional harmonisation across Legal, Finance, CX, IT, and Operations, seven markets aligned to one standard.
He leads by ownership. When a gap appears in process, in governance, in financial recovery, he moves toward it, not away from it. Often without being asked. Reports built into the operational surface, not produced separately.
MarvinPro applies enterprise-grade process methodologies across three pillars and five languages: EN, ES, FR, PT, and RU. Multilingual process thinking at global scale is not a claim. It is the work.
The initiative pages within the showcases show how I work in real time, active work, priorities, radar items, and completed outcomes. The same surface runs the work and reports it.

Colleagues quickly changed that to Pro. It stuck.
