About
Think Simple.
Structured Lean execution under operational constraints
Not a method invented in a room. A path walked across many years and many domains, then captured honestly so the walking is visible to whoever comes next.
This is shown in full, including the parts most work hides. There is an order to building anything real, a life included. First you survive. Then you make a living. Somewhere in there you find the things you enjoy. Then you teach what the doing taught you. And in the end, when the rest is handled, you pay it forward. This site is being built along that line, in the open, with the constraints left in.
The pillars are not categories. They are one continuous body of work seen from different sides. Leadership distils the experience into how to think. Process turns it into how to do. Proof shows it applied to real things, with live initiatives documented as they happen and the real limits visible, so nothing here has to be taken on trust. Knowledge makes it all findable. Stories carry the lived experience as narrative, where everything that came before it can be seen whole.
Everything traces to one source: genuine experience, including the experience of building this. The few times the work points outward, to others who did something worth naming, it says so plainly. You can only pass on what was truly yours to give.
That is what the final Leadership volume is. The Master is not the hardest level of skill. It is what the whole path was for.
The path has seven volumes. The Candidate, The Individual, The Leader, The Owner, The Visionary, The Stylist, and then The Master, which is not more mastery. It is giving the path away, lit, to whoever follows.
The path is being walked into existence, not handed over finished. Several volumes are already here to read. Others are still being written. That is the honest state of it, and it is shown that way on purpose.
That is the whole of it. One life's work, walked honestly, shown as it really is, left visible on purpose.

Marvin
Early in my career I called myself iMarvin for fun. Colleagues quickly changed that to Pro. It stuck.
